"I don't think you can understand a place like Action Park, if you don't understand the kind of minds that built it."

Watching the park's antics unfold was a ride, but I wish I got to know Eugene and his engineers more. The film becomes focussed on breaking down the park ride-by-ride, leaving investigation into its creators at some distance. If there's a story there worth telling, I hope someone can share that.
