A Private War ★★★½

Didn't quite know what to expect from this, but it did a decent job of summarising who Mare Colvin was and what she was about, but that was also it's weakness. Not quite a documentary and not quite brave enough to make choices to tell a story about her - a driven, amazingly brave and committed journalist - that only really came through when it concentrated on Syria.

The kind of 'influencer' that society needs maybe?
