Kevin Mears’s review published on Letterboxd :
This film will always a story attached for me.
About how I bought it having read the brief summary, and knowing Isabelle Huppert was in it I thought "I'll lend this to a work colleague".
So I wait a few days, go to watch it and realise that I have made a huge error in judgement and urgently check whether said colleague had begun watching. Relieved to find she hadn't, I politely suggest that this is a 'challenging' watch and perhaps not really 'share around the office' fodder.
Huppert is predictably great, but the whole thing was deeply uncomfortable with almost no redeeming features of the characters. A pretty bleak view.
