It was funny and enjoyable but i wish i could have give it the cultural appreciation which the people from those regional area has given. Most of the subtext flew over my head because of my lack of knowledge so not entirely on the film.

Then again i could relate to films like like jallikattu, Angamaly Diaries & We.Ma.Yau. despite being rooted to it's culture. For some reason this didn't work on me in many places.

You know what, never mind. It's still good but definitely can't hold up.

Kinda frustrating how Indian writers can't write female characters unless it's a " female " centric film. AK suffers from same tragedy fortunately the execution of the plot itself was so brilliant that i can ignore other flaws. Even the runtime doesn't feel like too long.

Lmao i spent my 1/3rd of time to recognise that i have seen this film somewhere only to realise later on that it's inspired from Chinatown. Pretty solid adaption tho tbh.

Delightful. Movies like these went lost fr. Also we need more movies which doesn't follow 3 act structure ( kinda ).
