Metin Seven’s review published on Letterboxd:
Another Polanski masterpiece I hadn't seen so far. And it didn't disappoint. Jack Nicholson is cool as always, and Faye Dunaway is beautiful as ever. I loved the 1940s atmosphere, and Jerry Goldsmith's fitting, moody music. Chinatown felt like a real Film Noir classic, like the great ones with Robert Mitchum and/or Kirk Douglas, where no person can be trusted, everyone has secrets to hide, and a femme fatale misleads a cynical protagonist.
