Some of these movies are in some ways ghettoized, and gay people, let alone straight people, rarely get to see or even hear about them. Gay folks have to seek them out via their own news and distribution networks. I'm grateful for torrent forums. So grateful. I've compiled some of them here, along with more familiar mainstream films. I'm including only films I've seen, and for the most part, ones that I can at least recommend as worth seeing.

These are films focusing on the experiences and perspectives of gay, bisexual, and trans men. But I’m still figuring out what a GTM is, by the way, and I've left out films focusing mostly on the experiences of lesbians and trans women, primarily because I think they deserve their own lists.

At the moment, this list is sorted by rating, from high to low, but I'd like to eventually push the most underseen films to the top, regardless of rating.
