  The movie tries to take this silly concept seriously, but it becomes a mess as all of these silly moments do not fit well tonally with how this movie tries to take the plot seriously, and the plot ends up becoming unfocused in the second act. And the green screen and camerawork is terrible as well if that wasn't enough.

  Alien is an astonishing achievement in filmmaking. It is so much more scarier, well crafted and suspenseful than I remember it to be. This film is perfect in every way!
