I had the idea to make this under the suggestion of LB user @NothingRevealed.

But honestly I think everyone has a list in their head of movies that were mixed or panned completely by general consensus, but speak to you on a personal level. You will defend these against anyone claiming its garbage. You will forever die on that mountain that says these were misunderstood gems worthy of reevaluation!

Some of these are legit masterpieces in their director's filmography. Some have glaring flaws, but they aren't detrimental errors to you - hell their flaws are endearing to you. The pluses far outweigh the minuses!
