Watched the OTT version. Didn't get the hype it had being the best Onam release. Probably it needs to be experienced in the theatre.
The cast did well, notably Shane was impressive compared to his previous work that I have seen.
Art direction and set design was nice, especially the night scenes against the backdrop of the Carnival.
Haven’t seen such a nonsense film that is so worse in every department. The story makes no sense
I watched it for the 2nd time ever in 2020 after my first time back in 2009. I really loved it this time around, and I guess I watched the first time without any expectations or any background information.
I remember this as not exciting, but seen lots of positive references to the script and execution, that I thought I would give another watch.

For my second watch after tons of YouTube analysis videos and Reddit threads, I tried to take close notice of the "Dialogues" since that's where all the exposition is. Even still I could not make out some bits here and there - some sentences don't make any sense or the characters are close to whispering with loud ambient music playing in the background.
Nevertheless I am increasing my rating to 4/5 for the sheer effort of filming this in this…
