I’m so glad to be part of the lgbtq+ community. Films like this make me so happy and proud of not only myself, but everyone in the community. I’m so happy that this film exists, and I’m so happy that I’m able to experience this remarkable film. This is like my fourth time watching this film, but I don’t care because films like this need to be recognized and supported so more can be made.
I just watched this film again, but with my parents this time. I’m so glad I did. It made all of us cry, and it made my dad cry which never happens. My dad got really sentimental and told me that he’s sorry for the things that I have to go through. He hugged me after the film finished and told me that he loved me. I’m so glad a film like this exists now. I’m so glad that this film is able to start conversations. I’m so glad that I watched this film with my parents. Representation matters!
I’m crying. I just got out of an advance screening of this film and I have so many emotions. This film means so much to me personally, and I’m so glad that a big studio company put this out into the world. I’m definitely going to watch this film again. Y’all better give this film you’re coins when it comes out on Friday. It is truly something remarkable.
