The greatest acting performance, in the history of cinema, has to be at the end when Rita Wilson is 5 feet away from Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Turbo Man outfit, and he's talking in thickest Austrian accent, and she says "thank you sir" as if she didn't know it was her husband
So I enjoyed watching this, but I don’t know, for some reason it just felt like they came up with everything first, and then had to shoehorn it all into a movie? The songs, the family strife, why it all went wrong, the pacing. It just didn’t speak to me. It was cute, the animation was fantastic, and it’s well made on all accounts. I just didn’t connect with it in a major way and it just didn’t feel unique enough. Just wasn’t for me I guess!

Continuing with the Wes Anderson kick and venturing into waters unknown with this one I had yet to see! I enjoyed it. Like his other films, this was funny, sweet, and charming. Bill Murray is just the absolute best. I loved the crew as well, a nice big cast of characters as I’ve come to expect in his films.
