I first watched this when I was about 8 and I remember that my uncle fell asleep but I stayed up and finished it and even back then I remember thinking what the fuck is happening.
And a decade later... I still have no clue what the fuck is the happening... and you know what? I probably never will...
It’s a lot better than I remember though. Even though the runtime is quite long and the film is very quiet and honestly not much happens, it’s still an engrossing film from start to finish. And it’s also absolutely fucking stunning. Serious a beautiful film in every sense of the word. The cinematography is just *chefs kiss*.
