Milo’s review published on Letterboxd:
Unhinged, brutal, violent and deadly, Possessor is a unique horror film in its own right. It has a new structure to its approach that few movies have been able to rival, unflinchingly brutal and committed in its approach in a way that doesn't hold back - you will find yourself looking away more than once no matter how well prepared you are. Brandon Cronenberg has a way of captivating your attention at every turn and keeping you guessing with stunning visuals that revel in the carnage unfolding on screen.
I love pretty much everything about this cast, the characters are excellent and we just get enough insight into their personalities to make them distinctive. Sean Bean revels in his role as an evil corporate bastard, and it's just a purely visceral experience that leans fully into the surreal with some distinctively memorable shots. In a year that has given us some pretty great horror movies - Possessor stands up there as one of the best and one of the most unforgettable.
