A gothic fairytale-thriller set in a city of perpetual nighttime, where an amnesiac uncovers the truth about the government.
Similarities will most certainly be made with Blade Runner or The Matrix, although this is ultimately rather forgettable. Good set designs, costumes and makeup though, and it did amass a modest cult following.
