an emotional goodbye to netflix’s finest. a show so exquisitely crafted throughout its four seasons, with so much care put into it by the cast and crew. the complexity of this series and the characters that inhabit it is hard to come by, which is why this goodbye documentary sums up just how special it is, and just why ozark will be remembered as one of the finest drama series' of all time.
devoid of any sexualisation or drama that usually takes centre stage in sapphic romance portrayals, and full of tropes typically used in heterosexual romances, crush feels like a step in the right direction for wlw centric pieces of media. this does not mean that it is perfect, and whilst it does have its issues, it’s ridiculously cute and offers an insight into what experiencing requited love in its purest forms would have been like as a sapphic teenager. give us more of this, please!
