I really liked this and I know that many people are going to flat out loathe it but idgaf. The dialogue was great, the little touches of magic that Jim employed with sound and/or special effect cues totally hit the mark for me and I love love love Bil Murray and Adam Driver playing off one another.
The only bad thing for me would be the slowness of some scenes paired with off score choices, making it feel even slower.
The special effects were sometimes campy - I’m assuming that was intentional. People can suck tomatoes if that’s a complaint of theirs.
Overall, enjoyed the humor, dialogue, performances, and theme song. God bless Sturgell Simpson.
