I don’t understand how films like this, no matter how pointless, bloated, dull or empty, get such glowing reviews from movie critics. This movie is similar to Spider Man 3 or Batman vs Superman in a lot of ways (trying to cram in too much into a film...anyone?), but for some reason it is praised as some kind of masterpiece. Maybe it’s because they try to make a large crossover of every comic book character from Marvel? And [minor spoilers ahead, btw] they have 75% of the characters die off at the end. Wow. (And we all know they’ll probably come back in the next mediocre, bloated cash cow.)?It’s not a terrible film. It’s watchable and fun at parts. But it isn’t very good at all either, if I’m honest.
