    Park Chan-wook might be my favorite director of the 21st Century. He adds an incredibly original voice to the cinematic world. So I'm glad that I finally had the opportunity watch The Handmaiden. And I can't really write a proper review of it at this point, because like all of Park's films, I probably need to see it two or three more times to digest it fully.

    I’ve had the opportunity to meet Mike Mignola a few times.  He was exceedingly nice to me as we chatted (and he signed my rare Hellraiser comic that he worked on), and I’ve been a huge Hellboy fan ever since.

    A little slower paced plot and wooden acting than the other Sinbad flicks, I still quite enjoyed this. Mostly because I have a soft spot for any film that includes Rays Harryhausen's stop motion animation.
