I often thought of this exchange as I watched "We Are the Giant". The film contains a lot of disturbing footage of confrontations and protests from the Arab Spring, but none of it is really put into context, unless you count the occasional images of Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung, and Che Guevara (complete with inspirational quotes) that flash on the screen, all solid beacons of liberty and freedom. This seems like amateur and infantile work concerning a serious subject matter. Seek out the superior documentary "The Square" for a better look at the Arab Spring.
