In #SoundofMetal Riz Ahmed gives his best performances of his career thus far. The direction was great, the supporting cast added a lot to the film. The film handles addiction with such authenticity and showing how, important community is and displaying the strength and resilience within the Deaf community. It’s a bit of a slow burn at times but the conclusion of Rubens journey is incredibly satisfying and powerful in showing the power of silence!
