Video review on my Pardesi Youtube Channel. First Vijay film in anticipation of Mersal. Watched on Hotstar US which I just subscribed to.
I love Kajal, and if you're going to make her a frickin' boxing champ I wish she'd had the opportunity in the film to punch a bad guy. Wasted opportunity. Liked the terrorist plot interwoven with the romance track.
At this point, I've lost count of how many times I've watched DDLJ. I may need a Raj/Simran intervention.

Captain Fantastic may have been my favorite film of Sundance 2016. Viggo Mortenson is a home schooling father with six children in the wilderness forest somewhere in the Pacific Northwest.
