    One entire bland episode frustratingly stands out enough to bring down this otherwise magnificently well constructed and executed, slow burning drama turned horror series. The show is fantastically written, emphasises the sheer scale of the disaster and through excellent shooting and lighting, sells an incredible, lingering gutrenching sense of dread through every single scene.
    Chernobyl is fantastic and does almost exactly what it sets out to.

    Incredible set pieces, fantastic action, magnificent visual effects and gorgeous, gorgeous music.
    A story of absolutely no worth serves as a vehicle for spectacle in a sheer no-bullshit way.

    Expect 2 hours of Godzilla fighting a load of shit and nothing more, and the movie will deliver.
