Just tell it to call you Billie, you bitch!
Ever spend decades thinking you had seen a film, rewatch it... and then realize you had actually never seen it? Either that or I forgot everything there was to remember about the film, but how does one forget psychotic Leslie Nielsen tormenting Ted Danson and that amazing head of hair? Seems unlikely.
A goofy fun horror anthology that pays homage to those classic 50s horror comic books like Tales from the Crypt and The Vault of Horror. The clear vision helps the quality to stay status quo across the board, but the real reason for the synergy is the whole production falls under one director and one screenwriter.
George A. Romero directs all five short stories that are all penned by none other then Stephen King, who even stars in one of them more then proving he doesn't take himself too seriously. You simply have two horror icons coming together, with visual effects maestro Tom Savini along for the ride, to have some fun in a genre they love and it comes through in each story.
