    Helmed by Hollywood hero Michael Curtiz, Night and Day is a fairly straightforward biopic about Cole Porter, one of the most famous music personalities of early 20th century America. It’s difficult to like a Cary Grant movie when he is not awarded a shred of witty dialogue. Monty Williams plays himself, which is quite interesting. And Alexis Smith is dreadfully dull.
