    Star Wars: The Clone Wars

I've always enjoyed The Clone Wars animated TV show, This I would say doesn't really work as a movie but does as a extended episode of the show.
The Clone Wars 2008 is the first appearance of Ahsoka Tano voiced by Ashley Eckstein, Anakin's apprentice. Ahsoka for me is one of the best ever Star Wars characters and my favorite female Star Wars character I love her arc through The Clone Wars, Rebels and her novel.
    This also was the…

  • Shelby: The Dog Who Saved Christmas

Shelby: The Dog Who Saved Christmas

The main reasons I choose to watch this was for Chevy Chase and I Fancied something Christmassy, Chevy does not appear until thirty four minutes in sadly.
Rob Schneider narrates as the voice of Shelby with Tom Arnold as Doug the Dog Catcher.
Shelby is a very basic festive family film with no surprises, everything you can expect from this sort of film, many of the jokes fall short with some fart and pooh jokes thrown in. But the film has…

    Wow what a great surprise.

    Charlie's Angels

    Charlie's Angels Movie Review
Trash! But I guess worth a watch if you really have nothing better to do mostly for Kristen Stewart wearing a pink jockey outfit and riding a horse,Some good action sequences I guess.
I can't even put this in the fun, stupid nonsense camp where I would put Charlie's Angels 2000 and Full Throttle because it is so boring this movie seemed to drag on and on so glad to see it finish so I could…

  • Crazy Heart

    Crazy Heart

Crazy Heart has a very similar tone to films such as Logan and The Wrestler I guess some themes that reminded me of those two movies.
Jeff Bridges has a stunning performances here up there with his best, With a good support cast with great performances from them also.
I really enjoyed joining Bad Blake(Bridges) on his journey,Blake really moves the story along. Bridges and Maggie Gyllenhaal have some moving and touching moments together.
The songs during the movie are good and really add to the feel of the film.

  • Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle

    Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle

    Charlie's Angels Movie Review
The follow up to 2000's Charlie's Angels with the master McG returning as director, Drew Barrymore,Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu also returning to star.I have never watched this one all the way through until now in the past I've only seen bits here and there.
Once again recognizable faces show up some returning from the first others are new editions.
any excuse to see the girls in sexy outfits it seems, you are hot dog vendors, now…

    Charlies's Angels Movie Review
I have never seen a single episode of the TV show in my life my only experience of Charlie's Angels are the early 2000s movies.
I think that the first movie is a product of the time it only really works because it came out in that early 2000s era coming out of the 90s.
The film also has that very noughties theme with the song by Destiny's Child Independent Women. The film has a fun…

    The Aeronauts

"We took to the skies to change the world, but you don't change the world simply by looking at it.You change it by living it"Amelia Wren

one of the best things about the movie The Theory of Everything was Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones so nice see them together again they seem to bring a certain charm.
Himesh Patel has come along way since his time in Eastenders as Tamwar Masood good for him really like him in the film.…

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

Second time view of El Camino. Vince Gilligan strikes gold once again Breaking Bad great, Better Call Saul great and now El Camino great. Does it work as a movie maybe not feels more like we got another two to three more episodes of Breaking Bad which I'm fine with tbh.
I've seen people say this is unneeded but I disagree I believe that Breaking Bad perfectly finishes Walter's story while El Camino gives us more closure to Jesse's arc.…

    Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders

The trailer for Scoob intrigued me which by the looks of it is going for a alien theme so it put me in the mood for a animated Scooby Doo movie one that is alien based.
When this film used to go on Cartoon Network or CBBC as a kid I normally turned in. I like the alien twist it feels very different to the normal ghost and ghouls which we have come to expect. I think the story line…

  • Need for Speed

    Need for Speed

Need For Speed a movie based on a video game which is also a fun popcorn flick.
This is Aaron Paul's attempted at the blockbuster lead man but how much I like Aaron Paul he doesn't seem to suit that kinda of role I don't know if that is because he is slightly typecast as Jesse Pinkman or other reasons but I still enjoyed him in the part.
Aaron Paul stars alongside Imogen Poots, who Aaron starred with in another…
