Jack Herbert’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ringo: "I've farted.
Also George: "....all that footage of film, which could make half a dozen films!"
To sum: the inverse of what Jackson did with the Hobbit; where previously there was a perfectly good self contained film at one time (the animated film) from one book and he couldn't seem to himself but pump up the story to 3 overstuffed marshmallow movies, here we have one prior film (the Lindsay Hogg film), which clearly felt like it was missing something and somehow one month in a nonlinear story all about process got three "parts" and it now feels complete... and should it have been more? ... nah, three is fine.
