After the confusion-inducing "The Lobster," I had no idea what to expect from this. I feel that "The Killing of a Sacred Deer" is superior in every way. The critiques of the characters are clear and compelling, giving the violence context and purpose; the plot is tight; the cinematography is beautiful and effectively condemns every character.
