Tim Bennett’s review published on Letterboxd:
This goes to some serious places, which wasn't what I was expecting at all. There are still some overly corny bits throughout that drag this down, but when the story focuses on the more serious aspects of its story it feels genuine. I gave it a bit of a break in terms of character design and animation, but there are moments where even those elements look pretty good. There's quite a few problems here, but I'm excited to see what those involved do next.
