  I should probably watch more late Skolimowski because I can't really work out if this is some perfect act of trolling or if he's actually just like this now. But I don't know how else to take stuff like the intimate close-up of EO shedding a tear, or the shots of him stomping his feet being intercut with a football match, as anything other than shiteating irony. Either way, very funny movie. Isabelle Huppert shows up throwing plates and cutlery around. Loved the robot.
