Jimmy Chin and his wife really hit the jackpot with this. Alex Honnold is beyond intriguing. He makes an extraodinary documentary subject and his feat is remarkable on the scale of all human history. They deserve much credit for handling the doc ethically, with sensitivity and respect to Honnold and those around him. The technical (and physical) skill required of the crew to pull those breath-taking shots...hats off to them.
But man Alex Honnold, the hero and anti-hero of his own story. He devastates, he inspires...just wow
