Unbreakable 2000
i enjoyed this film mostly because i didn't realize robin wright was in it and i always like her performances but as i've mostly watched superhero films lately i felt very called out

Dark Phoenix 2019
i could've written this and i would've made erik and charles kiss so i'd argue that my version would be better. the charm of the x-men is the characters and their relationships to each other and yet again, that's not at play here at all. bleach-brow jessica chastain is hot but not enough to make me forget how atrocious the writing is.
