This movie is hilarious for so many reasons a few of which I shall list here:
- Pretty sure I counted 4 fedoras ???!!! I imagine the costume department was like “artsy Channing Tatum? We know just the trick!”
- Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams kissing under Chicago’s historic sculpture “The Bean”
- the fact that Rachel gets in this horrific car accident where she goes into a coma and yet all she has to show is a few scratches… -
There's Something About Mary 1998
I cannot believe that this movie was/is considered to be a comedy and not a thriller/horror with several comedic moments. I found the whole premise, that there’s just something about this girl Mary that makes men stalk her and trick her to be so horrifying! I literally had a nightmare after watching it, in which more and more disgusting men revealed themselves to be obsessed with Mary and I couldn’t help her fight them off and she died.
