    Beautifully written. Devastating and real. Career best performances from Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson and also a career-high for director Noah Baumbach. One of the best films of 2019.

    A film that gets the little things right, squeezing life out of every scene with poetic touches. A film of little dialogue but so much emotion. About love, jealousy, Korean cultural dynamics, politics and class divisions. 
    So much allegory and metaphors in between the lines that invite a second and third viewing despite its generous running time. One of the best films of 2018.
