Bill Arceneaux’s review published on Letterboxd :
Pee Wee goes ERASERHEAD. Absolutely insane and incredibly imaginative, with a clever d.i.y. production design to match. This is a musical of sorts, with influences ranging from TETSUO THE IRON MAN to the heights of indie-core - It doesn't always work but is always a bold move. When life is filled with monotonous tasks and a machine "friend" that encourages consumption at every turn, you're bound to grow an id out of your gut that leads you on a journey through nature. The stuff made from fever dreams and zoning out, especially when you should be working instead. But why get pinned down in a 9 to 5 when you could be making a movie?
