  you can just TELL this is female directed AND written because it's done so perfectly. this movie perfectly shows how your girlhood is affected when you've been manipulated and taken advantage of by an older man. the confusion between wanting to be wanted and intimacy and to be an adult vs feeling used and invisible. only women can show how complex it all is
