For a movie that spends so much time worrying about the blinding effects of propaganda, it comes off *a lot* as propaganda
I remember getting back home from long trips, when those used to happen. Everything's familiar, but strange. Now, getting back after removing yourself from your life for four years, your brother adopting your child and in an unfamiliar place, your wife entirely out of the picture... surrounded by reminders of a shared history that you're no longer a part of. That's a bit wilder. Beautifully done. It's a shame Trump co-opted and ruined the iconic suit-and-red-ballcap look.
