everything about this movie is exceptional, I was left feeling so great after the last final seconds. murder-mystery combined with a family who disagrees with social politics and money. yes, give it all to me. 

ana de armas and christopher plummer were at their best, the duo I never knew I needed, seriously.

ok but they fucked on the hollywood sign.

i have never cried so hard during a horror film before. this movie is SCARY. the sound. the tension. the score. holy fucking shit, who would’ve thought john krasinski had it in him. emily blunt, gosh emily blunt. i have no words. and the kids, holy shit, these kids. from beginning to end you’re glued to the screen. i heard every popcorn crunch but it was so worth it. favorite film of 2018 right smack next to annihilation.
