Nick Sherman’s review published on Letterboxd:
Some aspects of this movie are effectively disturbing, especially Armstrong’s performance as The Man. Donald Pleasance is always a hoot, and it’s hard to not like anything with Christopher Lee, even if his role seems like it was tacked on at the end as a token big name to have on the bill for marketing. Some of the giant plot holes are hard to swallow though. Like, why can generations of these subway dwellers make it out to the station platform but somehow not any further than that? There are also way too many coincidences added to place the lead couple into the action.
