"There are two paths you can take, Enola. Yours, or the path others choose for you."
Enola Holmes is unexpectedly quite good regardless of my initial doubts since the trailer's release. Millie Bobby Brown as the titular character, with her frequent, quirky fourth wall breakings, is really promising, setting up a strong starting ground for the character. The messages bear timeless relevance as well. The mystery aspect leaves much to be desired, though. Anyway, this film will never be the best thing in the world, but it sure is a good course of lighthearted, two-hour entertainment to spend some of your time with.
