I've experienced sleep paralysis a couple of times, but all but one was very neutral and uneventful. The last one I remember clearly - and it was a positive one: I'm laying on my side facing right. I'm clearly awake. Moonlight lights up the room and I see Kitek, our cat, fly through the air. Yes, she was swimming up there, like in slow motion, and she seemed SO happy.
