This list is about my personal favorite 100 slashers. The 100 movies are ranked. Franchises may be named more than once. There are certainly a few mentions that could be controversial (eg Texas Chainsaw 2022 or Halloween 6) and also a few mentions where you could discuss the classification in the genre (eg Cruising, Cobra).
