A Haunting in Venice 2023
The king of moustaches and Dutch angles has one again emerged from his rich tea biscuit house, piss wet through with Yorkshire tea and ready to solve a big murder.
It's pretty good but I think the first couple had a better sense of the self aware pomposity and absurdity 🧐
Still very well shot and filled with excellent performances, plus it's a nice lead into the spooky season.

I relate so hard to the tired ass looking dude at the end, who opens the padlock to his secret room of mysterious media from long dead formats, Its like me pissed up at two in the morning flinging open the cupboard to my VHS and Laserdisc collection looking for a JCVD flick to pass out to, three groundhog day nightmares out of five.
