Somehow balanced the “multiverse + meta-ness + rapid editing + visual over stimulation” that seems to be required of every piece of content nowadays, with a completely earnest and straightforward message in order to tell a really clear and resonant story, and become the most disarming movie ever. If we’re really headed toward a decade of TikTok dominated, extremely hyper movies, I hope the rest of them are even half as thematically sound as this one.
