This did not captivate me the way Married to the Mob did. The story was cute, and the acting was fine. But something about the asthetic did not vibe with me.

This film was so vague... but it’s ambiguous and unfinished feel did not bother me. Nothing bothered me about the film, but nothing excited me either. It was a truly neutral film for me upon first viewing. Although perhaps it needs a rewatch , although the lack of feeling it Instilled me with does not make me eager to watch again.

That doctor has the right perscription. Marry Rock Hudson, Cary! (Even though he might leave you for his bestie if we’re being honest). Rated five stars for them sweet movie kisses  alone, but it was also a lovely reminder to not have children. A little bit expository towards the end, but it didn’t detract from the technicolor dream that is All That Heaven Allows.
