Within cells interlinked.
Local Replicant who thought he'd lost all hope loses last additional bit of hope he didn't even know he still had.
This newest viewing solidifies Blade Runner 2049 as a destined stone-cold classic. All things considered, it might be perfect. Maybe I have a few gripes like, oh, a line or two being out of place, some effects not looking the best they could be, small stuff like that. Compare that to the towering achievements with visual design, story structure, and characterization, and any flaws are simply rendered inconsequential. The character of Joi and her relation to K continues to get more and more fucked up with each further viewing or thought. K himself is still one of my favorite film protagonists of the current decade. The use of "Can't Help Falling in Love" is just the ABSOLUTE best. You could talk about this flick all day if it didn't leave you speechless. So, yeah. Speechless. Pretty good movie right here and all that. Watch it.
