    Before everything, a crash. After that, life. Then, an interruption, an opening, a welcomed reminder. The return of the beat down brother, to the sister that tries her best. Mark Ruffalo and Laura Linney in the center, as Terry and Samm; their performances are truly astounding, so much so that the Kenneth Lonergan script is at least somewhat rivaled in what individual aspect has the greatest impact on making this movie as good as it is, by their contributions.…

    Okay, wow.

    It doesn't get much better than this.

    Movies does not get much better than 'Paris, Texas'

    It may very well be the most beautiful looking film I've ever seen. Harry Dean Stanton delivers one of the best performances I think I'll ever see. And that Nastassja Kinski and Hunter Carson is not far behind says very much.

    And the last 25 minutes may actually be the greatest 25 minutes I've seen on film.
