I'm an asshole for this one.

I only had seen this in bits and pieces throughout my life and I finally gave it a full watch. Prior to, I painted it as a sappy romance movie with a bit of disaster.

Far from the truth.

The romance plot works so well. Honestly,I didn't find it sappy at all. It's so well-written and heartfelt.
Then the disaster... Wow
Truly grim and upsetting moments and sequences. Again, done so well.

Cameron's obsession with perfection is evident.

Glad to have finally watched this throughout and shove my ignorant opinion down my own throat.
