James’s review published on Letterboxd:
"FUCK Alfred Hitchcock!"
How the HELL did one of the year's best scripts (and one of the best feature debuts) get swept under the rug like this?
The passion that went into telling this story is palpable. Humor didn't always land for me, but all the character drama/social commentary hit hard. Several scenes so tense they'll put ice in your veins, and the climax packs a lot of heat in a very surprising, very affecting way.
Cannot wait for a larger audience to discover what a gem this truly is. I just hope they get around to it sooner than later.
