ObscureHollywood.net’s review published on Letterboxd:
His investigation of an armored car robbery leads Detective Leo Genn to a circus where several murders are committed before the thief and murderer is identified, and the stolen money is recovered.
The opening scene of the armored car robbery is nicely staged; then the actual focus of the plot kicks in, and the film falls apart. The story does not arc, it goes in circles. A lot of suspects mill about, a series of murders occurs, and Genn investigates, but the story does not advance. The resolution of the plot is ridiculous.
Christopher Lee spends most of the film covered in a black hood. Trying to hide his association with this ludicrous movie, no doubt!
