ObscureHollywood.net’s review published on Letterboxd:
Several years after the gruesome murder of his fiancee, Vincent Price goes to England to star in a television series featuring his best known role, Doctor Death. Price is reluctant to retake the role but has been talked into it by old friend Peter Cushing. Soon, the caped and grotesquely made-up figure of Doctor Death is murdering pretty young women. Price, who always seem to fall into an unconscious state during the crimes, does not know if he is a murderer or not.
The plot is set up reasonably well, Price and the underused Cushing are good, but after building some tension with a series of murders, the film clumsily plods to an unsatisfactory resolution.
